A. It’s simple: by simply creating and using your BrownsOn5th.com account, you earn points for every dollar you spend on regularly priced merchandise. For every $200 you spend on FULL PRICED MERCHANDISE, you’ll earn 200 Brown’s Bucks, worth $20 towards any BrownsOn5th.com purchase. The more you shop, the more you’ll earn.

Once you accumulate 200 Brown’s Bucks, you’ll be able to redeem them at checkout. We apologize but we cannot give cash back for Brown’s Bucks.

Q. Can I get credit for past orders?
A. You sure can. Any order for regularly (FULL) priced merchandise that you’ve placed in the last 2 weeks can be applied to your Browns Bucks account. Just call us and we’ll take care of it. Please give us 3 to 5 days to credit your account.

Q. Is there other fine print?
A. Yes, a little! Your Brown’s Bucks will become active once your order has shipped. If you return an item, the Brown’s Bucks will be debited from your account for the returned amount. Your Brown’s Bucks account will be active for one year from the time of your last purchase. When you redeem Brown’s Bucks, no additional rewards points will accrue for that portion of your order. If you don’t use your entire Brown’s Bucks balance, the remainder will be put back into your account for future use. Brown’s Bucks are good only for regularly priced merchandise, and cannot be used on discounted or discontinued items. We cannot apply Browns Bucks to past orders that were placed more than 2 weeks before you signed up for the program.

Q. How do I see my Brown's Rewards balance?
A. Log in to your BrownsOn5th.com customer account to see your Bonus Bucks balance. Once you've accumulated at least 200 Bonus Bucks, you will be able to redeem them when you check out. NOTE: You MUST be logged into your account at checkout to use current OR accumulate new Bonus Bucks.
